Strength is essential for control and stability, injury prevention, improved technique, endurance and stamina. Also improves explosiveness, power, posture and alignment. Also offered together with flexibility (30 minutes of strength 30 minutes of flexibility)
Acrobatics

Soar higher and travel further with this jumps and leaps class designed to build power, height and grace in every movement.
